Accounts are open to adults aged 18 and over.

One person, one account. If we find a second account, we may close it and cancel any bonus credited to it.

Use your own name and true personal details — they have to match your documents.

Before paying out, we can ask for an ID, a proof of address or proof that a payment method is yours. A payout may wait until the check is complete.

Your balance is held in Australian dollars. Available methods, their limits and timings are listed in the cashier.

Cash-outs are paid to a method in your name. Unfinished bonus wagering or an open check can delay them.

The rules of each promotion — wagering, deadline, eligible games and any bet cap — sit on its own page.

If a bonus is misused, we can remove it together with the winnings it produced.

You may close your account at any time by writing to support.

We may close accounts used for fraud, with false details or in breach of these terms.
